AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI, TO DONATE A CERTAIN SUM OF MONEY TO THE CITY OF BILOXI, MISSISSIPPI, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ANNETTE S. O'KEEFE ADDITION TO THE GEORGE OHR ARTS AND CULTURAL CENTER; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, are authorized, in their discretion, to contribute to the City of Biloxi, Mississippi, from any available funds, an amount not to exceed Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Dollars and Thirty-three Cents ($8,333.33) during Fiscal Year 1999-2000, Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Dollars and Thirty-three Cents ($8,333.33) during Fiscal Year 2000-2001 and Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Dollars and Thirty-four Cents ($8,333.34) during Fiscal Year 2001-2002, for the purpose of assisting in the construction of the Annette S. O'Keefe addition to the George E. Ohr Arts and Cultural Center.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
